Customer Review: Handle broke on 2nd trip

I was so excited with this bag, since it had so many cool places to stash items that I did not need to carry a separate bag for shoes or makeup or hair dryer. However, on the 3rd flight the handle pulled right out of the top on one side. You could push it back in and wiggle it around so it would hook and appear to catch, but the next time you picked it up or the airline picked it up, it's out again. There is no apparent way to access it to try to fix it permanently. With no other handle except for the collapsible rolling handle, you are out of luck! Very disapppointing for an expensive Samsonite piece of luggage. I will never buy Samsonite again.
