This is great when you live in a small place AND easy to travel with!
Yes, you have to fill it up slowly and let it heat up a few seconds to get hot enough then if the fabric and wrinkles are stubborn, you may need to move it very slowly BUT not always.
The only thing I don't like is the handle. It feels flimsy and I'm already wondering how I could fix it if and when it breaks.

It's a good product based on portability but it has it's cons.
- You can't use it horizontally because the water will run out
- Can't use it for a long time because the water evaporates very fast and if you are willing to fill it up again definetly will burn your fingers
- With time the brush starts to bent
Anyway i still use it because it's an easy solution if you don't want to iron your clothes but i guess there are better choices in the market

I've used the steamer 3 times now. It proved to be good and helpful in quick preparation for suits. I believe the price I paid was good for this equipment.
