Customer Review: Some issues, but like it overall

I had to return the first one of these that I got. There was something defective with one of the back wheels, that it rubbed so much, it got eaten away. I got the replacement rather easily. I have not had a chance to "really" test out the new one to see if it is an overall design defect.
Also, the clasp inside that is supposed to "hold" the clothes, comes undone sometimes.
